Simple Cooking White Corn Kernel with Oat

White corn kernels cooked with oat is a simple, easy, and healthy breakfast for you. It is full of nutrition and delicious. Our sweet corn is sweet and crunchy. This is suitable for our white corn kernel only, different types of sweet corn cooking times should be different. This recipe is suggested by one of our customer.

White Corn Kernel Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1 cup of corn kernels per person

½ cup oatmeal

1 cup water

Salt

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Cooking steps:

  1. Boil oatmeal with water for around 2 minutes
  2. Take our corn kernel from the freezer, and add corn kernels into the oat. Mix and cook all together for around 1 minute.
  3. Add ½ small spoon of salt.
  4. Enjoy!

PS: Our corn kernel did not need to defrost. After taking it out from the freezer directly add with the oat. For other sweet corn cannot do like this way.

玉米浓汤

玉米浓汤的做法

材料

玉米粒 … 1/2杯

火腿 … 2片

豌豆 … 2大匙

蛋 … 1个

调味料─盐 … 1小匙

太白粉 … 1大匙

鸡精 … 1小匙

胡萝卜…一条

做法

1.火腿、胡萝卜切小丁、蛋打成蛋汁备用。

2.水 2杯加入玉米粒、火腿丁、盐、鸡精煮开,改用小火淋下太白粉水,慢慢搅动,以免结块。

3.汤煮开時撒下豌豆,並慢慢淋下蛋汁,淋時要用筷子將蛋汁拨出蛋花,不要结成大块。

如果你喜欢清淡的口味,不用加太白粉。

注意:我们的玉米粒不要解冻。从冰箱取出来后马上煮。

Vegetable Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice with White Corn Kernel

I made vegetable fried rice to use up leftover vegetables and to try vegetarian fried rice. It is such an easy dish to make and versatile, as well. You can make it as colorful as your local supermarket.  I like to use fresh shitake mushrooms, asparagus, and bell peppers but some popular vegetables to use are green peas, corn kernel, carrots, and green beans. In less than half an hour, you have a light and simple meal to enjoy.

Vegetable Fried Rice with Corn Kernel

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 10 mins

Total time: 20 mins

Serves: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 cups leftover cooked rice, white or brown
  • 1 cup corn kernel
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 5 fresh shitake, cremini or white button mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 6 asparagus spears, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and swirl to coat the bottom and sides. Add the green onions and garlic and stir fry until fragrant, about 20 seconds. Add the mushrooms, asparagus, red and yellow bell peppers, and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the rice, breaking any remaining clumps with a spatula. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice. Continue cooking the rice, stirring constantly, until the rice starts to turn golden and well mixed with the vegetables 2-3 minutes.
  3. Take out corn kernel from the freezer and add into it, cook around 1 minute. When the corn kernel looks big mean can eat it. Transfer to a serving plate.
  4. Enjoy!

3 Simple Method to Cook Corn Kernels

Step 1

Step 2

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave on the highest setting for one to two minutes. Pull away the plastic wrap and stir the corn kernels.

Step 3

Replace the plastic wrap and microwave on high for two to three more minutes. Drain the corn carefully and use as desired.

 

On the Stovetop

Step 1

Heat canola or olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Plan on 2 teaspoons of the oil for every cup of corn kernels.

Step 2

Add the corn kernels to the skillet. Cook until the kernels are light golden in color, stirring frequently with a spatula or wooden spoon, for about five minutes.

Step 3

Remove the skillet from the heat. Allow the kernels to cool and add your choice of seasonings.

 

In the Oven

Step 1

Put the corn kernels in a large bowl. Add a small amount of vegetable oil and your choice of seasonings.

Step 2

Stir the kernels with a large spoon to coat them thoroughly. Arrange the corn in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet that’s been lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3

Roast the corn at 450 degrees Fahrenheit until the kernels begin to brown, about 20 minutes. Stir the corn several times during the cooking time to keep the kernels from sticking to the baking sheet.

玉米粒的10种家常做法,学会了受用一辈子!

1.松子玉米粒

材料:

玉米粒一碗,松仁一小碗,辣椒(小)一个,胡萝卜(小)一根,小葱一棵,盐半小勺。

步骤:

1.将辣椒、胡萝卜、小葱全部切玉米粒大小的丁。

2.锅内加油,待油温有3成热,就把松仁放入锅中,保持小火,白白的松仁稍微有一点点变色,捞来沥油。

3.另起一锅,加底油,同时下葱花和胡萝卜丁煸炒,煸出香味后加辣椒丁,翻炒几下,就可以加入甜玉米粒翻炒了,至熟,加半小勺盐调味,盛盘出锅待用。

4.将预备好的松仁,倒入盘中,拌匀即可。

 

2.椒盐玉米粒

材料:

罐装玉米粒1罐,鸡蛋1个,生粉适量,椒盐少许,小香葱1根。

步骤:

1.将玉米粒控干水分,放入碗中,打入一个鸡蛋。

2.加入适量生粉,可以适当多放些,以至玉米粒比较有厚重感。

3.充分搅匀,使玉米粒均匀裹满蛋液。

4.锅中加适量油,比炒菜稍多一些,烧至七、八成热时倒入玉米粒,不要立刻用铲子拨动,等待约半分钟再用铲子搅散。

5.炒几下停一会,不要一直翻动,待玉米粒呈金黄色后熄火,趁热撒入椒盐和葱花,拌匀即可。

 

3.玉米蔬菜肉丸

材料:

3分肥7分瘦猪肉180克,香甜玉米粒 30克 ,胡萝卜20克,碗豆20克,姜蓉1/2小匙,盐1/2小匙,生抽2小匙,玉米淀粉1/2大匙,芝麻香油 1小匙。

步骤:

1.将生姜磨成蓉,胡萝卜切成2mm大小的方块,甜玉米剖成粒备用。

2.猪肉切成小块,用搅拌机搅成泥状。

3.将猪绞肉放入盐,生抽用筷子顺时间方向搅拌,加入玉米淀粉搅拌至肉泥起胶状。

4.加入碗豆,胡萝卜粒,玉米粒,用筷子将蔬菜粒拌入肉泥中,加入芝麻香油拌匀。

5.用手将绞肉拌挤成肉丸,摆放在盘子上。

6.蒸锅上烧开水,摆上肉丸,加上锅盖用旺火蒸20分钟即可。

 

4.香菇玉米粥

材料:

大米,玉米粒,胡萝卜,香菇,火腿。

步骤:

1.把大米洗净泡1个小时以上,胡萝卜洗净切成小粒。香菇、火腿也切成小粒。

2.将大米中放些色拉油,同时放入香菇粒,然后开始煮。

3.开锅后,放入胡萝卜、玉米粒,边煮边搅拌。

4.感觉快熬好的时候(大概20分钟),放入火腿丁。

5.再次开锅后,撒入葱花,用盐调味即可。

 

5.玉米珍珠丸

材料:

玉米粒,牛肉馅,土豆,花椒面,茴香粉,葱末,姜末,盐。玉米油。

步骤:

1.糯米提前泡好,玉米粒煮熟备用。

3.把玉米剁碎之后,和肉馅一起加花椒面、茴香粉、葱末、姜末、盐、玉米油拌匀。拌的时候,沿着一个方向不停的搅拌。

3.把肉馅团成团。糯米放在碗里,肉团子滚上糯米。

4.土豆切片,土豆片摆在碗里。

5.再把糯米团摆在土豆片的上面,上锅,开锅蒸15分钟即可。

 

6.咸蛋黄焗玉米

材料:

罐装甜玉米粒300g,咸蛋黄3个,生粉(土豆淀粉)100g,油适量

步骤:

1.咸蛋黄大火蒸10分钟至熟。

2.用勺子将蒸熟的咸蛋黄碾碎,碾成细末。

3.罐装甜玉米倒出,沥干水分,将生粉倒在玉米粒上,和匀。

4.让每一颗玉米粒均匀地沾上淀粉,注意不要让玉米之间产生粘连,将多余的淀粉筛掉。

5.锅中放油,稍多一点,大概可以没过玉米粒的量,烧至7成热,放入玉米粒炸至金黄,捞出沥干油。

6.锅中再次放底油烧热,注意这时的火不要太大,倒入咸蛋黄末,翻炒。

7.待咸蛋黄起泡,倒入炸好的玉米翻炒即可。

 

7.玉米鸡茸

材料:

鸡胸脯肉200克,玉米(鲜)100克,火腿5克,鸡蛋清125克,盐2克,淀粉(蚕豆)10克,小葱3克,猪油(炼制)30克,姜3克。

步骤:

1.鸡脯肉剁成茸,盛入碗中。

2.鸡茸中加鸡蛋清、葱花、姜末、精盐、湿淀粉和鸡汤150毫升,搅拌均匀。

3.嫩玉米洗净,在擂钵中擂成茸,用细纱布滤出浆汁。

4.将玉米浆汁倒入鸡茸碗内合并拌匀。

5.熟火腿切成绿豆大的丁。

6.炒锅置旺火上,下入熟猪油烧至五成热时,将拌好的玉米鸡茸下锅,用手勺摊炒半分钟,待茸糊凝结成熟,起锅盛盘,撒上火腿丁即成。

 

8.玉米排骨藕汤

材料:

藕1节,玉米2个,排骨若干,油、盐、葱姜、鸡精适量。

步骤:

1.藕、玉米洗净切段,排骨提前做好,葱姜切碎。

2.起锅热油爆香葱姜,加2碗水烧开。

3.将藕、玉米、排骨放入锅内,中小火烧20分钟左右。

4.玉米熟了就放盐和鸡精调味即可出锅。

 

9.豆奶玉米布丁

材料:

甜豆浆300克,蛋黄2个,全蛋2个,细砂糖50克,玉米酱100克。

步骤:

1.将蛋黄和全蛋先打散备用。

2.豆浆加热至40℃,再加入蛋液和细砂糖,用打蛋器同方向搅拌均匀,随即过筛二次,再加入玉米酱搅拌均匀。

3.将2中的的布丁液倒入杯中,盖上一层保鲜膜,放入电锅中蒸12分钟即可。

 

10.椰香玉米虾饼

材料:

中海虾300克,熟玉米粒50克,葱花10克,姜末10克,椰子丝50克,盐1/4小勺,细砂糖1/4小勺,白胡椒粉少许,香油1小勺,沾料,泰式甜辣酱适量。

步骤:

1.海虾洗净后去头去壳去肠线,用刀拍成泥状。

2.虾泥加上调味料和葱花、姜末、玉米粒一起拌匀成虾浆备用。

3.取适量虾浆捏成球状滚上一层椰子丝,再按扁成饼状。

4.起油锅烧热至120度,放入虾饼,小火慢炸并适时翻面。

5.炸至虾饼表面金黄,取出沥干油份即可。
