白玉米粒与燕麦的烹饪简单、容易且健康,是您的理想早餐。我们的玉米甜而脆口。它富含丰富的营养,美味可口。

此配方仅适用于我们的白玉米粒,不同种类的玉米烹饪时间会有所不同。

这个食谱是由我们的一位顾客建议的。

食材:

每人1杯玉米粒

½杯燕麦片

1杯水

烹饪时间:3分钟

烹饪步骤:

  1. 将燕麦片与水煮沸,约2分钟。
  2. 从冰箱里面取出我们的玉米粒,加入燕麦中。
  3. 混合搅拌,煮约1分钟。
  4. 加入半小勺盐。 品尝美味!

附注:我们的玉米粒不可以解冻。直接从冰箱里面取出后,放进燕麦里面一起煮即可。对于其他种类的玉米,无法使用这种方式。
