玉米浓汤的做法

材料

玉米粒 … 1/2杯

火腿 … 2片

豌豆 … 2大匙

蛋 … 1个

调味料─盐 … 1小匙

太白粉 … 1大匙

鸡精 … 1小匙

胡萝卜…一条

做法

1.火腿、胡萝卜切小丁、蛋打成蛋汁备用。

2.水 2杯加入玉米粒、火腿丁、盐、鸡精煮开,改用小火淋下太白粉水,慢慢搅动,以免结块。

3.汤煮开時撒下豌豆,並慢慢淋下蛋汁,淋時要用筷子將蛋汁拨出蛋花,不要结成大块。

如果你喜欢清淡的口味,不用加太白粉。

注意:我们的玉米粒不要解冻。从冰箱取出来后马上煮。
